Mart\u00edn Aveiro agradeci\u00f3 a todas las instituciones del departamento que estuvieron presentes en tan importante fecha.<\/p>\n<p>El acto cont\u00f3 con las \u00a0Banderas escolares de nivel inicial, primario, secundario, cens y cebjas del departamento.
